KITTENS available for reservation!

Three Bengal kittens have been born to Bayadere and Taj Zafraan of Jhalakana Bengals.

 1 male and 2 females were born on the 6th July 2010  and are ready to reserve.   For more information  and photos about each individual kitten please go to the kittens available page.
The kittens will be ready to go to  new homes by 28th Sept 2010.

The three are friendly and confident ...... They are handled every day and they approach human fingers and hands with confidence. They do not cry when kept in the hands or held in the lap. Their mother takes the best care of them which is important for their health and development.

The procedures for obtaining their LOOF ( Livre Officiale des Origines Felines) pedigrees are underway.

All three are Bengals of high quality like their parents and their price will be about €1000-€1800 ... but each kitten will be evaluated individually as they grow and the final price may change accordingly. The price may go up or down or remain the same.

A deposit of €400 is required to reserve a kitten. For reservation, payment is accepted by personal check or bank draft only. To pay the balance, we can arrange to accept payment in two or three instalments.

Both Taj and Baya are brown rosetted glitter Bengals so we expect some stunning mini ‘leopards’ to be born receiving the glitter coat, beautiful golden colour and closed rosettes from their parents as well as a whited tummy colour.

Taj has won Best of Breed and been proposed best in show twice in four outings to shows.  Both he and Baya are classed by LOOF as  Excellent 1  so we expect that the kittens will be of very good quality.

Care

Each kitten will receive the very best of care and nurturing. It is important that kittens are handled, cuddled and loved by humans as well as by their mother to ensure bonding and socialisation. Kittens are born in the house where they will stay in the kitten nursery until they are ready to go to new homes at 12 weeks of age.

They will receive two vet health checks, be fully vaccinated and microchipped prior to sale.

Each kitten will have a LOOF registered pedigree and carry the Jhalakana prefix. Kittens are trained by their mother to use a litter box and will be fully house trained by the time they are ready to leave for their new homes.

We offer  kitten care advice and follow up to help new owners settle their kitten  into their new home .

Costs

The price of LOOF registered Bengal kittens in France ranges from around €1000 to €2500 depending on the quality of the kitten ie, pet, breeding or show quality.  Please see buyer’s FAQ for more about deposits, prices and payment options.

Reservations can be made with a deposit of €400 against the purchase price.
