1 male and 2 females born on 6.7.2010. All are beautiful of course! with many closed rosettes in 2 colours and with the 'glitter'coat. Their temperaments are already gentle and sweet.
Baya has begun the 9th week of her pregnancy and is gearing up for the birth of her first litter. We are looking forward to the arrivals in the course of the next week around the 4th July . You can follow the progress of Baya's and Taji's first litter on our website.
Gien Show. Taj was seen by a LOOF judge early in the day . He got two Excellent 1 certificates with the two LOOF judges on Saturday and Sunday and was proposed for Best in Show (Male 6- 10 months) on Saturday. He didn't win his best in show class however, so no ribbon rosette to put on his cage this time. Oh well!
We were very sad not to be able to go to the Vierzon Cat Show but we will be taking both Taj and Baya to the show in Gien on the 17 & 18 April. They will both be old enough to compete as adults for Championships in the TICA judging but still kittens under LOOF rules for their judging. Please come long and meet them and us.
Unfortunately we were not able to go the the Vierzon Cat Show because of the storm here in France the night before. The winds were so strong were lost part of the roof on the house.
Come along to the Vierzon Cat Show on 28th February. This will be Taj and Baya's second showing and this time they will be in the LOOF Traditional judging and the TICA judging as well. Just one day, so don't miss it!
I am very pleased to be able to tell you that Taj won the Best of Breed on Sunday at the Tours Cat Show. He was also nominated by his judge for the Best in Show but was pipped at the post. But we are very pleased he has got his very first rosette at only 6 months old. Both Taj and Baya were jusdged as "Excellent 1" which is the LOOF judging against the Breed Standards. So It looks like they will have wonderful kittens in the not too distant future.
